Project summary
While working with Confluent Health, I collaborated with their Web Developer and Internal Communications Specialist to design new web pages as well as improve existing web pages for the main Confluent Health website. Below are two of the website designs I created with their in-house Marketing Team.
Confluent Health / Universal Blog - This was an entirely new project as we saw a need for a “universal blog.” Its purpose was to serve as a master blog that all of Confluent Health’s physical therapy partners could reference, and point their members to. The design has a main landing page which links to the individual blogs. The templated blog pages for the individual blogs - which includes a right hand rail side navigation of the previously published blog posts - created consistency and an easy user experience.
Confluent Health / Internal Marketing Portal (Private) - The in-house Marketing Team relies heavily on their portal for communication across the team on what deliverables are requested. Thus to make it as efficient as possible I mapped out the old site and reviewed its performance to see how it was currently being used and where improvements could be made. After this larger redesign and updated workflow was finished, we continued to add features to the portal as the team’s capabilities grew. The new design incorporated those additions beautifully!
