Project summary
While working with Humana, I designed over 200 web pages with a team of Copywriters, SEO Specialists, Strategists and Project Managers on Humana.com. I had the opportunity to work on many areas of the website such as Medicare, Dental, Provider, Employer and Client Sites. Sometimes we would be focused on improving current pages by adding new information or implementing an updated layout. And at other times the team would work together to add new pages explaining the latest healthcare offerings. Below are a couple of examples of projects I designed.
Humana.com / Spending Account Card - This new page showcased that several of the previous allowances for members could now be accessed through the new Humana Spending Account Card. This could be a confusing change, and thus we wanted to make it clear that this combined three cards into one, without losing previous benefits.
Humana.com / Value-Based Care Report - The VBC Report information was previously shared as a pdf with some accommodating webpages. For this redesign we charted a sitemap of the old 31 pages and condensed the new information into 24 pages that had similar layouts for Primary, Results, and Article sections to help the user better navigate through the VBC Report. This resulted in a 52% increase in traffic.
Humana.com / Group Medicare Personalized Partnership - This new page shows that Humana values personalized customer service and has a service model and support set up specifically for retiree’s needs.
Humana.com / Compare Tools for Medicare - The team wanted to update this page to make the content and layout do a better job of promoting and communicate what consumers can do in terms of plan comparison, plan research, and Rx or doctor finder.
