Project summary
While working with Humana, I designed over 200 web pages with a team of Copywriters, SEO Specialists, Strategists and Project Managers on Humana.com. I had the opportunity to do website design for many channels as Medicare, Dental, Vision, Provider, Employer and Client Sites. Sometimes we would be focused on improving current pages by adding new information or implementing an updated layout. And at other times the team would work together to add new pages explaining the latest healthcare offerings. Below are a couple of examples of projects I designed.
Humana.com / Spending Account Card - This new page showcased that several of the previous allowances for members could now be accessed through the new Humana Spending Account Card. This could be a confusing change, and thus we wanted to make it clear that this combined three cards into one, without losing previous benefits.
Humana.com / Medicare Infographics: Medicare is a complex product and one way to help users understand it better is with Infographics. Since there are not many Medicare related infographics this is also a way for Humana to stand out in search!
Humana.com / Provider Homepage - We saw from our Voice of Customer (VoC) end of year report the the Provider Homepage was not accomplishing what users needed from it. Taking the information from VOC and Adobe Analytics as well as other sources, the team created a page the highlighted what users wanted in an easy to navigate layout.
Humana.com / Group Medicare Personalized Partnership - This new page shows that Humana values personalized customer service and has a service model and support set up specifically for retiree’s needs.
Humana.com / Compare Tools for Medicare - The team wanted to update this page to make the content and layout do a better job of promoting and communicate what consumers can do in terms of plan comparison, plan research, and Rx or doctor finder.
